In order to give the website a better focus, we are phasing out the less popular areas of the site, including the high definition and digital video recorder areas and forums. This will leave the site focused on digital satellite television and satellite radio.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation 8:00 pm ET
Vulcans in Vegas? Some "Star Trek" fans do take their obsession to extremes, but that generally doesn't involve coloring their blood Spock green. Grissom and Willows (William Petersen, Marg Helgenberger) and their colleagues suspect a series of mysterious deaths are connected when all the victims turn out to have green blood. Where's Dr. McCoy when we need him?
Great Expectations 8:00 pm ET
He's a starving artist trying to make it big to impress his wealthy childhood sweetheart. She's a haughty heartbreaker who studied with an expert: an unstable aunt jilted at the altar decades earlier and out for revenge against men. Ethan Hawke, Gwyneth Paltrow, Anne Bancroft and Robert De Niro star in this 1998 adaptation of Charles Dickens' novel from director Alfonso Cuaron ("A Little Princess").
The Santa Clause 8:30 pm ET
Toy company executive Scott Calvin (Tim Allen) makes a drastic career change in this heartwarming 1994 comedy. After killing the real Kriss Kringle by mistake, Scott tries on the red suit and is transformed into Santa, complete with white beard and round belly. In addition to the traditional duties, this Santa must convince his skeptical son that he's the real thing. Eric Lloyd, Wendy Crewson and Judge Reinhold also star.
Vertigo 5:45 pm ET
Obsession at its best. What a pity that Oscar ignored the magnificent performances of James Stewart and Kim Novak in Alfred Hitchcock's brilliant 1958 drama, which makes "Fatal Attraction" look like puppy love. Stewart plays Scottie Ferguson, a detective forced into retirement by his fear of heights and resulting dizzy spells. An old friend asks him to tail his wife, Madeleine (Novak), who appears to be possessed by the spirit of her suicidal great-grandmother.
100 Million BC 7:00 pm ET
Not to be confused with last spring's modest hit "10,000 B.C." or the 1966 camp classic "One Million Years B.C." -- aka the one with Raquel Welch in a fur bikini -- this forgettable straight-to-video tale has a team of scientists traveling back to prehistoric times to rescue another team that got stuck back there in the 1970s. But something goes wrong on the return trip, and a T.rex hitches a ride. Wacky Godzilla-esque hijinks ensue. Break out your "Jurassic Park" DVDs instead.
Austin City Limits 8:00 pm ET
Just to set the record straight, Gnarls Barkley is a duo, not a guy. The pairing of rapper/vocalist Cee-Lo Green and producer Danger Mouse just a few years ago turned the two fairly successful soloists into one of the hottest and most original groups on the planet when they released the album "St. Elsewhere" in 2006 with its single "Crazy." Here they perform songs from their new album "The Odd Couple." Electronica masters Thievery Corporation follow.
Fanny 8:00 pm ET
The tears, they will be jerked. A trilogy of plays set in Marseilles, France, inspired the Broadway musical that inspired this 1961 drama. Leslie Caron plays the title character, who became pregnant out of wedlock and married a much older man (Maurice Chevalier) after the baby's father (Horst Buchholtz) went to sea. Nine years later, with her elderly husband dying, she is reunited with her young lover. Did we mention ... tears? Charles Boyer also stars.
JFK 8:00 pm ET
Oliver Stone's Oscar-winning account of the alleged conspiracy surrounding the 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy -- 45 years ago today -- unfolds in such committed, "true believer" style that many moviegoers took this 1991 docudrama to be more "docu" than "drama." Cooler heads have prevailed more recently, but stellar work by Tommy Lee Jones, Kevin Bacon and star Kevin Costner still fuels Stone's fever dream.
My Cousin Vinny 8:00 pm ET
A rookie lawyer (Joe Pesci) from New York descends upon a small Alabama town to help clear a relative and his buddy (Ralph Macchio, Mitchell Whitfield) of a murder rap. With plenty of circumstantial evidence against the pair, and Vinny's total lack of courtroom experience, things look bleak until a surprise expert witness takes the stand. Marisa Tomei won an Oscar for her delightful portrayal of Vinny's girlfriend in this 1992 comedy. Fred Gwynne also stars.
Once Upon a Christmas 8:00 pm ET
Santa (Douglas Campbell) is burned out, and his lovely daughter Kristin (Kathy Ireland) makes him a deal: If she can convert one naughty family, Christmas will be saved. But the randomly chosen family is a tough case; the widowed workaholic father Bill (John Dye) wants nothing to do with the holiday his late wife loved so much, and the kids (James Kirk, Kirsten Prout) are only in it for the presents.
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest 8:00 pm ET
Elizabeth kisses Jack? What the -- ? In this second installment of the "Pirates" trilogy, Will and Elizabeth's (Orlando Bloom, Keira Knightley) wedding is interrupted with a stay in jail. But they'll be allowed to tie the knot if Will brings in Capt. Jack (Johnny Depp), who's trying to escape from Davy Jones. But is Miss Swann going to stay behind? Heck, no! That would be smart. But not everything goes bad; Will meets his barnacle-encrusted dad.
Reservation Road 10:00 pm ET
A father (Joaquin Phoenix) who loses his son to a hit-and-run driver hires a lawyer (Mark Ruffalo) to help him find the perp -- a lawyer who happens to be the perp. What are the odds? Not good, which is what sinks this 2007 drama. We've all had those "it's a small world" moments, but they don't make disbelief suspenders strong enough to support this story.
